We wanted to reach out and let you know what’s going on with us at Lowie. For the time being, both shops and our online store are still open. We’re taking extra precautions in store to ensure the health and safety of all customers and staff, wiping down surfaces and washing hands after every customer visit.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust accordingly in regard to COVID-19 and keep you updated.
For our UK customers, we are offering free shipping. And our in-store pick-up is still available as well curb-side pickup for those who’d prefer.
For the time being, we are no longer accepting in-store repairs. If you have a piece of knitwear that needs to be repaired, send us a picture and we can post you the appropriate yarn and teach you how to fix it yourself with a scheduled one-on-one video tutorial.
We are also looking into streaming solutions for our workshops and Patch-Up craft club. We’ll also keep you updated on this.
During this time, it’s important to keep our community together. Support small businesses when you can. Offer support and kindness to one another, and stay home if you’re ill.
