All items over £120 are sent by free  recorded delivery in the UK.

UK – Please allow 2 to 3 working days when ordered before midday. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands make take a little longer.

UK Next Day Delivery - Order before 3pm for next day delivery, (during week days only).

Europe – Please allow 5 working days if ordered before midday.

Rest of World – Please allow up to 7-10 working days and a little flexibility.

UK - Standard Delivery on Orders Under £120 - £3.95

UK - Standard Delivery on Orders Over £120 - FREE

UK Recorded Delivery - £4.95

UK - Next Day Delivery - £7.95 (Order before 3pm for next day delivery, week days only)

Rest of World - £10.95 per order or spend over £200 to receive Free International Delivery.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any unsuitable item if we are notified with 7 days by telephone or in writing.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of being sent out in an unworn, saleable condition with tickets still attached. Please notify us immediately if you are sending items back.
We cannot refund the items until we have received them at Lowie headquarters so be sure to send them by RECORDED DELIVERY.
We cannot refund postage paid.
You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid.
