Europe – Please allow 5 working days if ordered before midday.

Returns

We guarantee to refund any unsuitable item if we are notified with 7 days by telephone or in writing.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of being sent out in an unworn, saleable condition with tickets still attached. Please notify us immediately if you are sending items back.
We cannot refund the items until we have received them at Lowie headquarters so be sure to send them by RECORDED DELIVERY.
We cannot refund postage paid.
You will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid.
